These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EuroBridge Leads website and any services booked through it, including CRM audits, discovery calls, and lead reactivation campaigns. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
EuroBridge Leads is registered in Ireland (CRO No. 787770), with a registered office at Unit 36, Coolmine Business Park, Dublin 15.
EuroBridge Leads provides AI-assisted CRM lead reactivation, bilingual (English and French) sales outreach, and appointment-setting services for B2B companies. The scope, pricing, and deliverables of any engagement are set out separately in a signed proposal or service agreement between EuroBridge and the client; these Terms apply alongside, and do not replace, that agreement.
Free CRM audits and 15-minute discovery calls, including those booked via our Calendly scheduling link, are provided for evaluation purposes and carry no obligation to purchase further services. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a booking at our discretion.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to share CRM contact data with us for the purpose of reactivation campaigns, and for confirming that such data was originally collected in a manner consistent with applicable data protection law. EuroBridge will process this data solely as instructed and as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is the property of EuroBridge Leads unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it or its underlying systems.
While we apply proven methods and AI-assisted lead scoring to maximise reactivation outcomes, results depend on factors outside our control, including the quality of client CRM data and market conditions. We do not guarantee a specific number of appointments, response rate, or revenue outcome unless explicitly agreed in a signed service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuroBridge Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Our website integrates third-party tools such as Calendly for scheduling. Use of these tools is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms and privacy policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a signed client contract.
